*Each KONAMI ID can only participate in this campaign once.
*Please be sure to log in with the correct KONAMI ID that you wish to have eFootball™ Points awarded to.
*To acquire these eFootball™ Points, tap the "Get 3,000 eFootball™ Points" button on the campaign screen. Please note that, even if you meet the requirements, you will not receive any points unless you press this button.

Q: Will points be awarded if I have already linked to Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS and/or Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL prior to this campaign?
A: Yes. You will still receive eFootball™ Points if you access the campaign page during the campaign period and press the "Get 3,000 eFootball™ Points" button after the conditions are met.
Q: If I link to both Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS and
Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL, how many eFootball™ Points can I get in total?
A: If you link to both games, you will acquire a total of 6,000 points (3,000 points for each title).
Q: Do I have to link to both eFootball™ and eFootball™ CHAMPION SQUADS?
A: No. The conditions will be satisfied if you link either eFootball™ or eFootball™ CHAMPION SQUADS to your KONAMI ID. Note that the number of points awarded will not change if you link to both games.
Q: If I uninstall this game, will the eFootball™ Points I acquired be lost?
A: No. eFootball™ Points are added to your KONAMI ID, so they will not be lost if this game is uninstalled. If you reinstall the game and transfer data using your KONAMI ID, your game data will be restored.
Q: What happens if I never tap the "Get 3,000 eFootball™ Points" button?
A: Even if the conditions are met, no eFootball™ Points will be awarded if the button is not pressed. Please remember to press the button on the campaign page during the campaign period.
Q: If I linked to the wrong KONAMI ID, can I link to another one?
A: No. As a general rule, it is not possible to unlink an eFootball™ or eFootball™ CHAMPION SQUADS game account once it is linked to your KONAMI ID. Please make sure that the KONAMI ID to which eFootball™ Points will be awarded is the correct one.
Q: Can I still acquire these eFootball™ Points after the campaign period has ended?
A: No. The eFootball™ Points must be acquired while the campaign period is still underway (25/09/2025 – 23/11/2025 05:59:59 (UTC)). Once this period expires, they cannot be obtained.
*Please be sure to obtain the points before the expiration date.
Q. Can I also obtain eFootball™ Points by linking to the console version (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, Steam®) of eFootball™?
A: Yes. You can obtain eFootball™ Points by linking Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS and/or Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL to a KONAMI ID linked to a console version (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, Steam®) of eFootball™.
Q: Can I also obtain eFootball™ Points by linking to a console version (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, Steam®, Nintendo Switch) of Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL?
A: Yes. You can obtain eFootball™ Points by linking a console version (PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, Steam®, Nintendo Switch) of Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL to a KONAMI ID linked to eFootball™ or eFootball™ CHAMPION SQUADS.
Q: Is there any time period when I cannot link accounts?
A: A game cannot be launched while it is under maintenance, so you cannot link an account at that time. Check the notifications sent for a specific game to see its maintenance schedule.
